It was bound to happen and we all should have known that this game had ‘let down’ written all over it. I tried to pretend the team was past that point but I’m no longer 5 years old and my imagination is not what it used to be. Full props to the Islanders for taking that game they did play well.

After a grueling, seven-game road trip over the span of just 11 days, the Boston Bruins are heading home on a positive note.
